Mark met with myself and colleague to understand our needs and who would need training and then developed the courses we needed so that we could maximize usage. Between Day 1 and Day 2 of the course he created “homework tasks” which enabled the people being trained to practice Power BI and then on Day 2 they had the opportunity to ask their own questions based on what they had been practicing.
