World Bank Development Indicators

The World Bank publish development indicators for most countries over time. The source of this data is the World Development Indicators (WDI) database at the World Bank Databank. This data was downloaded from the WDI database for six indicators for two years 2000 and 2015.

The downloaded data is an an Excel spreadsheet here. It contains two Excel tables:

• The Metadata table lists and describes the six indicators
• The Data table contains data for about 200 countries for the two years for each indicator
