AI assistants can import and analyse a datset: describe the data, create charts and draw insights Often the AI assistant may have spacialised agent for this task.

Tasks

For this exercise use one of the follow agents:

• The Data Analyst custom GPT from OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
• The Analyst agent of M365 Copilot or simply, upload the data file into the prompt box of the AI assistant.

Load a dataset of your choosing and have a conversation with teh AI assistant to unerstand the data. Here are some example prompts to get you started.

Describe the data

Create a chart to show the number of [value] by [category] e.g. number of customers by country.

What useful questions can we ask about this data?
