Analysing Data Course - Joining Instructions

The only software that you need for this course is Microsoft Excel. You need the current version of Excel, Excel 365.

This is not an Excel course per-se, but we will use Excel in all the hands-on lab exercises.

It is useful but not essential to have a version of Excel that has Python included. To check this open Excel and see if there is a Python section in the Formulas ribbon as shown below

As part of the course, we will analyse data with a generative AI model: if you have Copilot embedded in Excel, that’s great. If not, we will use another AI tool. Please follow the instructions here.

Before the course please download the course materials from here. These are mainly some example data files that we will analyse during the course.
