For online courses, please make every effort to have two screens attached to the PC: one for the Teams session where the instructor shares their screen and another for the lab exercises.

Pre-course check

For certain online courses, we run a check a few days before the course to ensure that you have all the things you need for a successful course. We perform the following checks:

• you can join the meeting, use Teams, and share your screen;
• we can hear you well, and without too much background noise, and you can hear us;
• you have an internet connection fast enough to can share your Teams screen without any video lag;
• you have the proper software set up and installed correctly; and
• you have a second monitor.
