Generative AI Courses

We offer several courses on Generative AI. The Introduction to Generative AI course is a beginner-level course to get people started in using tools like Copilot and ChatGPT effectively and understand where these tools can be of use.

We have tailored a couple of introductory courses for specific roles and use cases.

• The Introduction to Generative AI for Finance and Procurement Staff course is tailored for finance and procurement professionals who want to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot effectively in typical finance tasks.
• The Generative AI for Data Analysis course is tailored for people in a business intelligence (BI) or data analysis role. It focuses on using these tools to analyse data, help with Excel problems, and write better code in one of the popular data languages: SQL, Python and DAX.

Microsoft Copilot is becoming the official AI assistant of many organisations. For those teams that are using Copilot or have the full Copilot license, we offer two specific Copilot courses:

• the Introduction to Copilot course focuses specifically on Copilot and its capabilities.
• the Use Copilot to help with Excel Challenges course focuses specifically on using Copilot to help with common Excel challenges.

The Use AI models to help with Excel Challenges course focuses on using generative AI models such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude, to help with common Excel challenges.

The Introduction to Claude Code course is designed for anybody who wants to use AI to automate coding, editing, and data tasks.
